Lúzidon is built at the foot of The Great Vista and once upon a time experienced frequent cloudy skies and rainfall. The old capital was built to withstand flooding and occasional snow, and always had access to plenty of water– which it used to grow all kinds of plants, especially herbs, which eventually grew into a rich medical enterprise.
While Lúzidon is known worldwide for the remedies it releases, it also had one of the best hospitals in the world at its old capital, which spawned some acrid rumors…
New Lúzidon is a shadow of its former self; without consistent sunlight to grow its plants, many of them died off. Recent advancements in lighting have enabled the beginning of an age of regrowth for Lúzidon, but progress is slow and Lúzidon is reticent to give up their resources.
